After the recent Auto insurance claim I had to file I feel compelled to take a few minutes to share my great experience I had with the Dominic Scott Agency of American Family Insurance. For many years I've paid for insurance but never had to file a claim. I almost felt like insurance was a waste of money. I certainly feel differently now! Recently I was involved in an auto accident and my car was damaged pretty bad. This was a very traumatic event for me since it was my first accident. Quickly I called Dominic and he helped me through the process. Dominic kept in contact with me through the entire claims process and made sure that I got my car back all in one piece. I pay good money for insurance but really appreciate the value that I recieve from my agent Dominic Scott and feel like American Family is a great insurance company to be insured with!
