I've always wanted to try a personal trainer, just never thought I could afford it. Brad has done a fantastic job of customizing a training program that fits my specific needs. I did my research and his prices are lower than most others in the Charlotte area AND he provides an awesome ""kick your butt"" program! The training goes far beyond the basic methods of weight lifting and/or cardio; you really get comprehensive training and information on diet, nutrition, weight training, cardio and more. If you have specific fitness goals in mind or just need someone to help hold you accountable, Your Flex Appeal is a great option.
