I was in my first car accident and Eckles made the process incredibly simple. They have excellent customer service (the owner Carlos and all staff memebers treat you kindly and professionally), a rental car company on site and excellent auto body service. I was referred by my sister who had her truck fixed there and brother-in-law who recently fixed his bmw after an accident. Im soooo glad I brought my car here. I had a better experience with Eckles than with the Mazda dealership where I usually get all my scheduled maintenance. They don't make you wait forevever, everyone is knowledgable about your car/repairs and they go the extra mile. I have nothing but great things to say.
