Review content:
SOLEIL is a wanna be but cannot be tappas bar. When I sat at the table, the table was dirty & flies were all around. When I did see the hostess clean a nearby table, she then picked up the rolls of napkins without washing her hands. When I asked for Bruschetta, they said that the bread needed to be unfrozen. When I asked for wine, the glass was dirty. When I received my paella, it was very average w/ only minimal saffron used. Bottom line, don't waste your time here. My guests with me was suprised how small & unflavorful the food was also.
Cons: Pretentious, Tight seating, bad public health standards
