I received The FTD® Garden Terrace� Bouquet for my first mother's day. Right away I was not pleased with it. It did not look like anything that was displayed on your website. The flowers were not fresh. And the arrangement was very displeasing. This was very disappointing. I called your store within the hour and expressed my dissatisfaction with the order. I was told that I would receive a new one on Monday. It is Saturday night, and I never received anything. This is very unacceptable since I had to lie to my family that I loved the flowers when indeed I hated them. To think that they paid money for something that your store did not deliver as promised. I am surprised that you have the good reviews, because you truly did not deliver that type of good customer service and good product to me.
