Pet owners: don't waste your time here, you can get comparable items in other stores and maybe even get some good tips from folks who are passionate about their pets.\r \r Locals no longer want to shop there -- they used to carry food for the local set and no one would buy it so they stopped stocking it.\r \r Markups are significant (compare against great brands such as Wagwear whose products are made locally and have a storefront not far away).\r \r Oh, and the service? In a pet-loving neighborhood, it's shocking to find such a consistently apathetic and unknowledgeable staff. Generally, only the gentleman smiles and asks if he can help. No one seems to recognize much less remember the name of my dog. \r \r They're moving down the street and adding on grooming services. While this would be a great addition for the locals, I hope for their sake the groomers take more time to get to know their customers (owners and pets). Pros: Reasonable clothing selection for small dogs Cons: High markups and unfriendly staff
