I really liked this place. I had looked on yelp for an inexpensive lunch place within walking distance from my hotel while I was in Long Beach, made a wrong turn, and ended up thinking I'd settle for Zephyr without knowing anything about it. It was great!\r

I was the only person there a bit before noon on a Wednesday. While I'm not a super huge fan of ordering at a counter, my grilled tofu sandwich minus the mayo with blue corn chips and salsa was yummy. I also got a prepackaged cookie for the plane trip back to Colorado which was tasty.\r

I didn't really feel the service was slow even though I was told they needed to grill the tofu once I ordered the meal. The three employees there were quick and friendly without being overbearing, and they keep the place really neat. I also appreciated the choice in music. I'd go back!
