Review content:
Frankie's is the local Pizzeria/Restaurant that every town should have. Frankie is always there after all these years (remember him from Manchester too) greeting you w/ a smile making you feel welcome. The food is consistent and authentic. The sauce is light and on the sweet side. He doesn't smother the meals in sauce as many so called ""italian restaurants"" do. He adds it as a flavor to the dish. The sauce isn't the meal. His pizza is always good and will make it w/ anything you can dream up. The food is fresh because Frankies is always doing business and is turning his inventory quickly. On any given night, you can see his deliver drivers all over Bayville, Ocean Gate, Beachwood and Pine Beach. On the weekends he's got to have 5 drivers running around not to mention the full restaurant as well. I've been going to Frankies since 95 in Bayville when he was located in the Foodtown plaza before he moved to Rte 9 and Scott Rd. and also frequented his old pizzeria in Manchester when I was in high school!
Pros: Food, staff, convenience, delivery.
Cons: Dining room ambience can be improved. Lighting, get rid of tvs, more seclusion.
