Review content:
We hired Reasons Construction to do two things for us: a roughly 72' gated and curbed run of wrought iron fencing, and renovation of some redwood decking with dry-rot damage.
Their bid on the fencing came in about 10% higher than a competing bid on the project, but they were local and proposed using heavier fenceposts and a deeper curb than the competition. We chose them, and I'm glad we did.
The fence was finished very rapidly, looks great, and is very solid. Definitely good work. The repair of the decking dry-rot looks great and feels solid.
We'd recommend them without reservation. We are, in fact, contracting with them for additional work on the property.
