I lived here for two years and loved it. I would stay but I got a job offer in another area. I wasn't even going to write a review until I was searching for a new place and came across Alta Springs reviews. These people are crazy! I have a lot of friends that have lived here and we all loved it. \r
The only people writing reviews on here probably just didn't get their way with something or didn't pay their rent! \r
The pool is the best in Chapel Hill and everyone uses the fitness center. The people in the office remember your name and really care. They even helped me find someone to take over my lease when I had to leave early for a new job.\r
The only downside is that they don't have the ""newer"" things like a movie theater or basketball court.
Pros: staff was great, apartments are nice
Cons: no movie theater
