I keep my boat at Crosswinds and boatworks is a very easy way to get all boat service done as they are right there at the marina. I was pleased with the responsivness to questions and the staff were very friendly. I had my boat winterized last fall and it seemed to all be done correctly and in a timely manner. I was disappointed with the bill as this did not list the exact work that was done to the boat. I called and they said that a detailed explanation of the work will be sent. I never recieved this and called to inquire the exact nature of the work. I talked with the manager and was satisfied with the explanation of work, but we all want to see exactly what was done in a detailed list of services. In the event there ever was an issue or a mistake was made while performing this work there would be a record of it. I would recommend but ask for a detail list of work that was performed. Price was competitive with any other place I called including the selling dealer of the boat.
Pros: Very Convienent, resonable price
Cons: Vague description of work performed and no detailed listing
