This apartment complex will tell you anything to get you to rent. IF YOU HAVE FRIENDS THAT MAY WANT TO VISIT, FORGET IT. THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO PARKING! Out of 137 apartments, there are 4 free and/or unassigned spots. (137 garages and many empty apartments and spaces , but those spaces are occupied by persons that management deems ""special"" at her discretion.)\r
Maintenance is almost as horrible. Not timely and seems as though they have no idea what they are doing. Manager hopes the ""older gentlemen"" will soon retire.......how nice to talk about employees that way.\r
Compassion and/or special requests to assist in an emergency situation.....forget it! \r
They say that they have security patrol.....NOT! I have yet to see it. Gated community, yes. No security in the form of a live person for those living alone.\r
I'm sorry I ever chose this place to live and would not recommend this apartment to anyone, including my worst enemy.
Pros: Gated community
Cons: Absolutely no parking, slow and inadequate maintenance, no security as promised
