Review content:
I use to work for NTG and was recently let go because of a legit disability I made the mistake of disclosing to both the owner, and my immediate supervisor. This company is nothing more than a pyramid scheme designed to rip the customer off at all costs. Every tech is required to generate $4500 a week minimum to make sales goals/commission. So techs will do whatever it takes to accomplish this goal by telling customers that their computer is broke beyond repair and you need to buy a new PC for $599, $729 or whatever they keep in stock. NTG is a very dishonest company who over charges home users to have their computers fixed. There are alot of tactics that are used to accomplish these goals. I would stay far away unless you want to pay between $199 to $299 for a virus removal or to reboot your PC.
