Review content:
I met with them for a flower consultation. It took forever for them to get the estimate to me...almost a month. I was expecting them to come in bottom tier price wise based on their shop and how they conducted themselves professionally. Their area for consultations was crowded and messy. The asked to make copies of some of my pictures and ended up keeping them. When I realized this happened after I left the shop, they never called me to tell me they were there. I called them to find out. I was not impressed with them at all. I would recommend looking at other florists because their prices are high and I was displeased with their service. There are florists out there that will work with you and help you create you vision. Honestly, I don't believe that Richfield Flowers and Events is the florist...at least not for me.
