Review content:
I have experience with the Volkswagen service at Rohrich. They do not accomodate for their customers' needs. They do not do recall work on the weekends because they do not staff a certified VW technician. Therefore, you must schedule an appointment for service on a weekday, which is difficult for people who work. They will not provide a rental car to assist with getting to work.
I have had a scheduled appointment where they have kept my car until the afternoon, then told me that they were unable to even look at my car because they did not have a technician. Totally inconvienient and poor customer service. It is a shame that VW owners have less than a handful of service centers that can work on their cars.
