BEWARE: Kerr Properties is the worst management company ever. Do not rent from these guys unless you want to have your deposit stolen from you. We rented a house from them last year (despite a warning from the previous tenants about how horrible Kerr is), and we are still fighting to get our money back. They nickel and dime you over everything, add ludicrous charges onto your account to lower the deposit refund, and are just a nightmare to deal with. We've had to call them repeatedly just to get any sort of response -- And one time they flat-out refused to speak to my roommates and I, saying we had to wait to read the letter they were sending out that afternoon (it arrived 1.5 weeks later). If you are considering renting from these guys, DON'T DO IT.
