We have been customers for 10 years. Mr. Becker has been so helpful and patient. He is so knowledgeable. One Saturday while in his shop, 3 people walked in that were from other parts of the country and came to Chicago specifically to have him service their violins! I would never trust my daughters' violin and cello to anyone else.
