Our family has purchased two Hyundai vehicles from Walser in Brooklyn Park in the last five weeks. We would not have went back if it would not have been for the exceptional service provided by Mark Ruble and Nick Sweeney. They were very helpful, answered all of our questions and concerns. We were treated with the utmost respect even when we may have challenged your policies! Everyone at Walser was friendly and welcoming. We will definitely recommend Walser to others and look forward to working with you all again though it probably will not be within the next five weeks! I think this dealership can pride itself on service, courtesy, professionalism and cleanliness. An extra thank you to Mark and Nick, seriously, for everything you did for us. You guys do an excellent job, you are a great team and very considerate. It was our pleasure working with you. I am now the proud owner of a Hyundai Tuscon and absolutely love driving this cute car! (Nick, I only have one issue -- the gas pedal goes down rather loosely!!! LOL)
