Review content:
Do not waste your time or money at this salon. They do not know how to work on brunettes without turning them orange and then they will not do anything to fix the problem. After calling the country stylist to tell her how bad she messed up my hair it took her a week to call me back. Then after scheduling an apt. with her to fix it, and making arrangements with a babysitter, 2 hrs. before the apt. the receptionist calls me to cancel the apt. saying that the horrible stylist didn't come into work that day and no one else was available!!! She didn't listen to my needs to start with and then this was the last straw. The girl has no business doing hair, she doesn't have a clue what she is doing and this salon needs real help in customer service! Go to Karma salon in Buford, they are the best and know what they are doing and fixed all of Platinum's mistakes!!!!
