Review content:
San Francisco store is a lot better than san jose store. \r
at san francisco store, my friend was told that she can \r
bring in a CD point cards next time since she forgot to \r
and they gave her a temporary one to put them together \r
next time. But she moved out of state so her mother went \r
to close by kinokuniya in san jose to get 2 free cds \r
(that's what she gets for putting 2 cards together total \r
of more than 60 points.) \r
mother went to the store and found one of the cds since \r
other ones weren't at the store. she goes home thinking \r
she'll get another cd later. Next time she finds out that they don't put two cards together to reach 60 points. on top of that, they said 40 points are used for the cd she already got. \r
that means, she has 3 stamps left on one card and 23 points on another. This means that she can now get another CD for 20% off for 20 points instead of another free CD. If the clerk knew about it, why would they even give her a free CD in the first place not explaining what will hapen later with the left over stamps. They are very tricky. the mother felt very offended because of how the clerk was responding to her.
Pros: japanese books available
Cons: store clerks are not helpful, give you a hard time and they have attitudes.
