Review content:
This complex is, by far, the worst managed, trashiest community ever. My roommate and I rented a 3 bedroom apartment and paid over $1,000/month for no parking, never being able to have more than one guest at the pool, and being charged over $3,000 upon move out for carpet that was damaged before we moved in. The office staff is absolutley the most worthless, un-helpful group of people who give you the run-around everytime you ask a question. And forget about complaining...they won't tell you who is their parent company or give you any explanation as to why they won't tell you. Their pet policy is a lie. They tell you they allow pets, but that they are at pet capacity and as soon as someone moves out with a pet, then you can have yours. Only the supposed move-out never happens and you end up never having your pet with you. Please, please, please dont' fall in the same trap as we did and choose to live somewhere much more pleasant, like the complex in Sonoma Ranch, Casa Bandera or Quail Ridge. Pros: The pool Cons: Management, Pet Policy, Pool Policy, Termination Policy
