BEAUTIFUL HOME BUT BAD CRAFTMANSHIP. ONE OF THE BEDROOM IN MY HOME ON THE SECOND FLOOR IS UNEVEN. BUILDER ATTEMPTED TO FIX TWICE BUT FAIL. AT OUR REQUEST, BUILDER REFUSED TO HIRE INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR FOR REPAIR. INSTEAD THEY SENT THEIR REPS (SAME PEOPLE) TO FIX ALL THE PROBLEMS WE HAVE. YOU CANNOT ASK A PLUMBER TO DO A SURGEON JOB.
Pros: NICE ARCHITECTURAL DESIGNS
Cons: HOUSE IS CHEAPLY BUILT AND NOT WORTH WHAT THE SELLER IS ASKING FOR.
