I went to Red Fin for the first time the other day during happy hour. Walking in, I noticed it was what I thought it would be, cozy, relaxing place where people were conversing with friends and having a few drinks to forget the days worries. The actual bar area is kind of small, but people were very friendly and moved aside if they saw you needed to reach the bartender. The service was on top of everything! Reloading our orders and making sure no one was with out food. Oh, and did I mention it was my first REAL sushi experience? My husband and I loved it all, and I think he ended up eating a whole plate of tuna rolls to himself! Overall, a great meeting place for friends, wonderful restaurant to visit for you first time sushi eaters and it happens to be located at the Hotel Max, which if you ask politely, might give you a tour of some of their rooms. Pros: Cozy, friendly, downtown
