Review content:
When the repair person pulled up in an old, personal vehicle should have been our first clue that this company was shady. Repairman had no idea how to open our washing machine that was locked closed.
Then, he told us he would call the next day with the part our machine needed...surprise...we never heard from him. We called 2 days later and was told ""he needed to be sure it was the correct part"". Have they ever heard of Google?
We are going to call another company and try and get the $70 back that they charged for the no service call. I will give you specifics if you would like to contact me, but please don't get scammed like we did.
