I took my daughter to a birthday party recently. The cake was from carvel. She loved it! She doesn't usually eat cake, but this was different. Her birthday is this weekend, so all week long I have been trying to order a carvel cake. No one answered the phone. Finally I reach someone today (Friday). The man was extremely rude. When he spoke he didn't say carvel he yelled it. I explained my situation & asked if I could order a cake for Sunday. He told me it was impossible & quickly hung up. I called back. He acknowledged what he had done, told me he didn’t have time to argue, & quickly hung up again. He did not give me a chance to speak. He did not say goodbye. He spoke to me as if we were long time enemies. I called customer service for carvel & complained. The lady was very nice. They're sending me a coupon. Unfortunately this man owns the carvel store. Do not give him any business. This jerk does not deserve it!!!!!
