The customer service was the worst. The attendant would not wait on us until we removed our shoes so we just asked for a book, her response was not until you remove your shoes. My mother in law has problems with her leg and it is hard for her to walk around without the support of her shoes. The girl would not even give us a book to look at. If it is such a big deal to take your shoes off cause of the dirt tracked in or whatever then don;t make people walk down a hill to the back of the store. Or if you are such the upscale boutique you think you are then provide paper covers to go over their shoes. There are much better bridal shops around with much better selection.\r
