If you need tax help in collection matters, DO NOT enter into an agreement with an upfront fee, plus a percentage of tax saved, plus a monthly fee. This firm took my up front and monthly fee and DID NOTHING. Be prepared to pay them for a long time if you want to attempt to have faith. But I'd recommend trying another firm. \r

Most firms will require an upfront fee. That's normal and okay IF THEY DO THE WORK.\r
The percentage fee gives them incentive to do work only if you have the money to pay. If they decide you aren't rich enough, they won't do the work for you. They should figure this out upfront rather than taking your $2500 and THEN doing nothing. THERE ARE FIRMS THAT WORK FOR AN HONEST FEE AND NOT A PERCENTAGE. FOR $2500 THEY OUGHT TO DO SOMETHING!\r
The monthly fee could go on FOREVER while they do NOTHING. Find a firm with no monthly fee.
