I have been renting from At Smith and CO for a short time and my experience has been a disaster. They never answer the phone or return phone calls and have adopted the ""Customer is always wrong"" approach to business. When you finally get the manager on the phone they are full of excuses as to why they can't perform their job. Their voice mail box's are always full and it's obvious why. When you don't answer your phone or return phone calls people start calling repeatedly and leave messages. Very unprofessional company staffed with very unqualified people. New management need's to come in and turn this business around. Don't rent from them, don't bother calling them and make sure and check out the other reviews that have been posted. Make sure and ignore the obvious fake ones.
