Review content:
We visited New Hampshire over Columbus Day weekend and if there had been another place to stay I would have left immediately. Our room was at the far end of the hall - there were no windows, only skylights. There was no lightswitch to turn on the lights. You had to go to a tiny little lamp between the two beds which was so low and dim, we could not read by it. The light switch in the bathroom was totally behind the door so there was no way to light the bathroom except to go in, shut the door and then turn on the light! The beds were horrible, broken down on the edges and squeaky! The decor was most unattractive - no pictures, furniture that did not match (70's garage sale stuff) and a tiny TV that did not work when we got there - found out later it was the plug in the wall that did not work! There is a first rate restaurant - the only redeeming thing about the hotel. Staff in the dining room was wonderful and a sub at the front desk was very helpful - otherwise the hotel staff ignored our requests for help with the TV and the warmth of the room due to it's not having windows. I was extremely disappointed in this hotel and would not recommend it to anyone!
