Review content:
Like I said, Big Ed’s been doing this for 28 years. I moved to NY 10 years ago. I’ve been riding since I have been 16 and I’m now 43. I work full time plus over time so I do not have time to work on my own bike. I needed to find a wrench who looked and cared about bikes like I do. My buddy has been taken his ride to Ed for many many years so I took a chance. After a half an hour meet and greet I felt safe leaving my baby. I haven’t looked back since. Ed’s prices are competitive if not below other dealer shops. He will get you OEM or after market depending on where yer going. Ed works with his patrons rather than treating us as money cattle. Has Ed ever made a mistake? Ask him yourself. I had a brake line let loose after a replacement. It was a manufacture defect not a bad mechanic. Ed replaced the part and did all the work for free without hassle. He checked the bike over in case there was other damage and then apologized to me for having to lose a riding day, which are seldom in Buffalo. I have watched Ed drop tools to give somebody a walkin bike inspection because he knew it was an excellent day for a ride and he wanted them on the road breathing and wheeling. I won’t plug his shop or store because it speaks volumes for its self. If ya ask he’ll show you all his certifications because I did trying to be a smart ass and the guy has a bible full. I can’t say enough great things about him and his work Pros: 28 years in the business, knows your bike better than you do Cons: He admits to being human
