On more than one occasion, the latest being this evening, my wife and I have been seated promptly with menus, only to be promptly ignored by numerous members of staff, including management, resulting in us getting up and leaving. We have contacted Applebee's corporate and regional offices and again been ignored. If you crave Applebee's that badly, drive to Gaffney, SC or Gastonia, NC nearby, and stay the heck away from Shelby, or else go up the road to Fatz, Ruby Tuesday, etc. if you have to dine in Shelby. The Applebee's in Shelby could care less about you or your business.
