well let me start by saying that this salon is very customer friendly and makes you feel at home. i currently go to GIA for all of my hair needs(cut, color, etc..). She has offered great advice when I'm unsure about my hair, and I am always impressed with the results!! ( I can't thank her enough) She is very friendly and we have great conversations every time! I've been getting my hair serviced there for about a year, at first scheduling was a bit of an issue but now I actually make my appointments when i leave.( for the most part) \r

I will say this... it is a great feeling not to worry about getting your hair cut, now i actually get excited
Pros: best overall salon experience!!!
Cons: parking defintely! (i know its towson)
