Over the last few years, I've gone to several stylists who are supposedly ""curly hair experts"", but I still was not overly impressed with any of them until I had my first appointment with Jenna. She was very careful to ask exactly what I wanted and made sure she understood the length that I was going for. She was cautious not to cut too much but told me to tell her if I wanted it cut shorter. I've never had a stylist that was so careful to achieve the results I wanted. She was very friendly and easy to talk to and that made it such an enjoyable experience. The more she talked about curly hair and her experiences, the more I could see that she truly is an expert. I was surprised to learn she prefers to cut curly hair dry, so she can see how it falls. This is definitely her specialty, not just something she occasionally does like other stylists I've seen. In the end, I got exactly the haircut I was looking for.
