Review content:
They treat the dogs better than any place I have ever taken my pets. They make sure the animals are comfortable. When you come in, the grooming tables are at the very front and the dogs are enjoying being groomed.
They spent a long time with my dog before they groomed her the first time. They are all about making the experience a non stressful one for you dog.
I am quite frankly confused by the prior review. It is in stark contrast to my experiences there. In fact, I was initially resistant to taking my dogs to the Ritz because I didn't think it could be that much better. A number of different people raved about this place and I finally broke down and took my dog there. I was quickly converted. My dogs still start to shake when I drive past my old groomer. At the Ritz, they walk in like they are going to the park and shaking has been replaced by tail wagging.
Pros: Your dogs will love you for it.
