I have a sony tv that keeps turning off by itself & called sony Falcones were on there list.First week I talked to a man & he told me to check a few things & get back to him.I have called them 4 or 5 times since & no response.I have contacted sony & told them the problem & gave Falcone name & phone number.I hope sony will take them off there repair list.
