Review content:
1. Murder occurred here; frequent car break ins and vandalism 2. Maintenance is shoddy at best 3. No value for your dollar: garage for $35 a month is a pond with a waterfall for a walkway, ceiling has leaked 3X, has wasp infestation on porches, windows leak and are cold, furnace does not heat evenly throughout the apartment, water from bathroom sink smells like sour eggs every few days, common areas within buildings not well kept, snow removal is slow if done at all, fire boxes sound alarms frequently for not reason.... 4. Office workers are okay (Jeremy is great) but Fudiciary itself is slow to respond or take care of anything except the cosmetics of the clubhouse and outsides of buildings. 5. They raise rent every year, don't give you the promotions they promise without constant reminders, and generally seem shady. The first year and a half were okay, but then it tanked!I only stayed so long because I didn't really have many other options and I didn't want to move over and over again.
Pros: club house, pool, exercize room
Cons: poor maintance and upkeep, safety
