I am giving this restaurant 3 stars based on 2 categories. Actually, it should be 2.5, but I am round up.
I give it a 5 for food, it's amazing, everything! I honestly think Leona's has one of the best thin crust pizzas in the city. I go for the Sausage and Olive, amazing.
However, Leona's gets a 0 for service. I have visited this particular location on several occasions for work, and I can say over the past 2 years, the service has never changed. The service takes forever, waiters do not pay attention to customers, it takes several attempts to get checks, sometimes I have waited up to 15 min to even get a menu.
I like to focus on the positive, they have an expansive menu, great food and a pastry cake to boot!
