Review content:
This is an interesting place, it is like stepping into the 1800's, rustic barns and fences, stone walls left over from civil war days, etc. The horses are well taken care of and they allow you to actually ride. I have been to many stables in my travels and they have all been nose to butt, single file and walk only, but at Juro Stables they picked a very good horse for me, I am an experienced rider and I was allowed to run. I took my 5 yr old beginner rider grandson with me and they took great care in giving him a very well trained horse and helped him learn to ride as they allowed me to run. I was very impressed with how well they take care of their horses and teach beginners as they ride. If you are looking for a new, fancy Kentucky Derby like place then this place is not for you, but if you like rustic, the outdoors and beautiful scenery and the chance to really ride then this IS the spot to try. I highly recommend it.
