I have been using Master's Touch services for over ten years and I can only describe Brent and Teri and Master's Touch one way: GREAT.
From the time we scheduled our appt. (they were right on time) to the time they packed up their equipment it was more than satisfactory. They are friendly, knowledgeable (about stains and carpets, etc) and most importantly they made my carpet look great!
I also appreciate how they treated my home using corner-guards for the corners and most importantly safe cleaning products. (I have three children under the age of 4.)
Lastly, they truly care about us (the customer). Brent took the time to explain some things, give me some tips to keep the carpet cleaner longer and generally was nice to be around.
When they left not only were our carpets clean but our house was blessed!
Thanks you two for taking care of us all these years.
