I got married in 2010 and regret that I booked Photography Shoppe for my photos and video. It took five months for our photos to be posted on the website in order for us to view. It took over year for us to receive our albums. It also took a year and a half for us to receive our video, which was horrible quality and missing key events (i.e. cake cutting, toasts, first dance, etc.). We have now filed a lawsuit and will be going to court over the video and lack of professionalism. They never answer the phone at the Baton Rouge headquarters, let alone return your call and/or email. If you do speak to anyone, they feed you lies. Just a FYI, Photography Shoppe owns Photo 832, Photo 281, and Chamberlain Photography. All four companies operate out of the Baton Rouge headquarters. They continue to create new companies because Photography Shoppe has such bad reviews. They also have a ""F"" with the BBB, despite stating that they have an ""A"" on their website. SAVE YOURSELVES MONEY AND STRESS. Do your research and book elsewhere.
