El Toro is my absolute favorite restaurant on this earth. I am almost addicted to the food. I CRAVE El Toro. Not to mention the $4.50 MONSTER tap beer. They also have AMAZING Margs!!! I'm a regular at El Toro and have a great time BSing with the wait staff. Not only are they humble nice people but they serve EXTREMELY fast and precise. Thursdays you might find yourself in the middle of a live mariachi band. Fantastic all around! If you enjoy authentic Mexican food PLEASE check it out!!!
Pros: You name it! Price, food, drinks, service, ambience all is above and beyond!
Cons: Possibly the location... Champlin police are horrible... Don't drink and drive folks!
