I had an amazing treatment at Chopra center with a theraapist named Kellie. Odyssey Enlivening Therapy was a good intro to the Chopra center as it was a sampler of 4 of thier differnt therapies all combined into one 60 minute blissful heavenly experience!\r
The other bonus of doing a treatment at Chopra center is that you get to use the facilities at the La Costa Spa....so whirpool, steam, sauna, outdoor pool, Roman shower baths.....all AMAZING!!!!!\r
This is the best SPa experience I have ever had in Southern Califormia since you get so much extra in terms of amenities after your fantastic treatment.\r

Oh, don't forget you can take yoga classes pre-post treatments at Chopra too.
