Review content:
Again, I have never personally rented an apartment from Ithaca Rentals and pRenovations (IR&R), but I know many people that did. My boyfriend rented from them his senior year and lived in an eight bedroom apartment in College Ave. The complex is extremely nice and relatively new; I th ink it was recently rebuilt after a fire burned it down completely. The apartment was fully carpeted (bathrooms and kitchen obviously excluded) and it came with a huge big screen tv. There was an elevator in the building as well as laundry. My boyfriend and his roommates paid a little less because they had nine people living in the apartment. The rent was a bit steep and I've heard that it has gone up even more this past year, but it does include free internet, heat and hot water. If you are planning on getting a nice place, this might be worth checking out.
