About a year ago, I was looking for adult Ballet classes in the city and came across SHOCKra and the amazing owner and instructor Jessica Hayden. The classes were great- both challenging and fun. I still dream about being a ballerina... \r
Recently I joined the 6-week beginner pole workshop with Vicky and I absolutely love it!\r
Its a real challenge for a girl who's never been to a gym in her life but this makes it even more satisfying.\r
Vicky is super sweet and ever so patient. The classes are small which is a HUGE benefit since you can get personal attention from the instructor.\r

I truly truly recommend!!
Pros: Small groups, great instructors, beginer workshops
