Who ever would of thought that pole dancing could be such a great workout from head to toe, inside and out-- use of upper body strength, abdominal control, leg muscles... and feeling of confidence while dancing. A workout without realizing, and having fun at the same time. Instructor Marlo makes the class so much more fun. She has great character- fun, energetic, patience, and very helpful. NOT-intimidating at all. Only moments of amazement as she works the pole so graciously. I love love love dancing with the pole- doing things that I wasn't aware that I'm capable of until I started attending SHOCKra Studio. Can't wait until my next pole class with Marlo!\r
