I stumbled upon this salon over the internet. The reviews were great so I made an appointment and went in. The decor was very nice, however my haircut and color turned out to be trash. It was nothing like the description I gave to the stylist. When I tried to explain to the stylist I was unhappy she was not only arrogant, but she was indignant. She informed me that she knew better than I what looked best. It seems it no longer matters what the customer wants. For that reason I felt it was necessary to write a review. These reviews rating this salon are B.S . I've never experienced anything like this in my life. I would never recommend Patricia's salon to anyone.
