As far as the doctors and insurance people, they were top notch. I was pleased when I had the opportunities to talk with my daughers doctor.
On the other hand, the child unit staff was horrible. They did absolutely nothing for my daughter. I used to try and call and they would tell me I wasn''t able to for whatever reason, and all I was feeling was a lot of attitude. My daughter used to be so upset because apparently the staff were mean and didnt really seem to care about her concerns. Im sorry I ever put her in there.
