Review content:
I've been living in a Jakobson Property for a while and the negative comments are correct. It's a flim-flam operation designed to move students in and out of the apts. for a couple years while spending as little money as possible for upkeep. If you make a request for maintenance they will be very nice and do nothing. If you pressure them they will patch it up as cheaply as possible and it will fall apart in a couple of weeks. Avoid at all costs.
