We have wholeheartedly recommended United Waterproofing in our Angie's List Waterproofing Review, the BBB, and to potential customers they have had call us for a reference. The service was wonderful and everyone at this company was very accommodating, professional, and a pleasure to deal with, especially The Forman, who did our job. He accommodated us with a change of date and showed up on time with his crew. They made no mess and thoroughly cleaned up after the job. Everything was put back in place in our basement and it was left spotless. The representative, who initially came to look over the job was very knowledgeable and went over everything thoroughly. She gave us many references to check and showed us their fleet of trucks which have painted on logos of the company, not stick on letters which can easily be changed to another name if the company has problems. She took mold samples and they did not proceed with the job until the Mold Sample Report came back indicating the type of mold we had. We were given copies of the report and also the final report after the job was completed.
