Review content:
There are not hardly any rules here. Tenants are really LOUD and even at 3am in the morning. There is even green mold on the buildings.The mold is on the front and back of the buildings. It just looks nasty!!!! They are a site when you drive down South Russell Street!!!! There is a lot of drinking and drugs that goes on here to. There is always cops called out for something. Bascially anyone can move in because they really don't check there background. All they care about is there rent. This place has gone to the dogs. At lease seven buildings has foreclosed! Mine forclosed on in 2012. I feel like the tenants get away with things because there is no management or security on site! I don't advise anyone to live here. If you don't like drama don't live here!
